Facilities Coordination is responsible for the Universitys rental agreements and manages rents, floorplans and the charging of rent. Furthermore, the division acts as support and contact point for building managers, among others, in property-related matters. This entails that the division manages facility adaptations and minor renovations. The division also coordinates the interior design in projects, and is responsible for: LUs joint signage, artworks on loan to the University and LUs cafés and restaurants. Facilities Coordination is responsible for the Universitys shared lecture halls and exam facilities, including scheduling. The division is also currently responsible for coordinating matters relating to fire and safety.
