Description

Facilities Coordination is responsible for the University’s rental agreements and manages rents, floorplans and the charging of rent. Furthermore, the division acts as support and contact point for building managers, among others, in property-related matters. This entails that the division manages facility adaptations and minor renovations. The division also coordinates the interior design in projects, and is responsible for: LU’s joint signage, artworks on loan to the University and LU’s cafés and restaurants. Facilities Coordination is responsible for the University’s shared lecture halls and exam facilities, including scheduling. The division is also currently responsible for coordinating matters relating to fire and safety.
