Research

The research aims to improve the innovative performance of individuals and teams in different types of organizations and collaborations through increased knowledge about ? and development and implementation of methods, tools and strategies in ? the innovation process. The research is needs motivated and applied in its character and is performed in close partnership with various actors from both industry and the public sector. A user-centered perspective is central, and methods that engage citizens in the development of innovations is therefore of particular interest. Further, the activities aim to contribute to a strengthened innovation perspective within the other areas that are represented at the department, in particular, and at LTH and LU in general, partly as a result of active participation in the Innovation Portal.
