Description

The Labour Law and Employee Support office deals with issues concerning employment and employment terms. It offers guidance and support to the management and faculties in negotiations related to co-determination in the workplace (organisational changes and lack of work), psychosocial work environment, employee insurance, transitions, gender equality and equal opportunities, follow-up and statistics related to staff. The office is also responsible for certain administration regarding priority rights and occupational injuries. At the office, you also have the University’s negotiation manager who focuses on salary-setting issues, and a legal counsel specialised in labour law.
