Organisational unit: Administration


The primary objective of the Division of Human Resources is to support human resources policy by establishing conditions for coordinated HR operations, developing central regulatory documents, processes, systems and tools, and also provide professional development based on the needs of the organisation. Based on the Strategic Plan, Human Resources is to draw up, coordinate and develop HR policy at Lund University so that we are perceived as an attractive workplace by current and prospective employees. Human Resources has three sections:

? Learning & Development

? Staff Function
