My research focuses on the use of assistive technology, adaptations in the home environment and other related actions that involve interaction between the person, the environment and everyday life activities. I have a particular interest in mobility and mobility devices among old people and the impact on active, participation and healthy ageing from a European perspective and have been involved in different international projects, for example in Germany and Latvia. My research also comprises user-involvement within the research area of home and health.
