I am a PhD candidate in "Italian Studies" at the Centre for Languages and Literature at Lund University. My research takes an experimental approach to the study of anaphora resolution in situations of language contact, with a focus on Italian. I am interested in second-language acquisition, attrition, corpus methodology and psycolinguistic approaches to the study of language. I received a master's degree in Linguistics after studying at the University of Rome "Sapienza". During my studies, I explored several methodologies and approaches to language analysis by attending workshops and conferences in statistics, computational linguistics, automatic text analysis, methods and models of text mining. Moreover, I participated to the academic project Web2Corpus_IT. In 2014 "Sapienza" university gave me two prizes: Excellent Graduate in Humanities and Woman Gender: Sapienza.
