Our research focus is in the area of prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, such as osteoarthritis.Through interdisciplinary studies, and from a lifespan perspective, we develop and evaluate clinically feasible outcome measures, determine whether good muscle function has a protective role for musculoskeletal conditions, improve intervention strategies, and implement evidence-based exercise.
