I am postdoctor in civil law at the Faculty of Law (Lund university), working as a researcher and teacher in commercial law. My dissertation, Den dokumentvillkorade garantin, was defended 2015 and concerns guarantees in international trade. The project was to a large extent financed by Bankforskningsintitutet.

At present I conduct research concerning commercial services (a project financed by Stiftelsen för rättsvetenskaplig forskning). This project aims to describe the consequences of the application of Swedish law to services in general in an analytical way.

Apart from the above I also have a special interest in company law and the law concerning debts and promissory notes, but also in commercial law in general.

My teaching is now especially focused on contract law and company law of various kinds and levels, stretching from a basic level aimed at other professions or law students in the beginning of their studies, to special courses at the law program and courses aimed at active professional lawyers. I have previously, in varying degree, also taught in subjects such as family law, social security and tax law. I supervise students writing their master theses.
