Research

Broadly my research interests fall within the realms of Positive Psychology. More specifically I am interested in:

How to conceptualize and measure well-being and happiness. I am currently investigating cognitive well-being and how the concepts of harmony, satisfaction, and happiness relate to each other. Following on from that, I am also exploring how these variables relate to a broader sense of well-being.
How we can pursue a more sustainable well-being. I am interested in how pursuing different conceptualizations of well-being might bring about different social and environmental consequences.
