My main areas of teaching are business ethics, leadership and philosophy of science (at all levels).


My research interests include leadership, organizational philosophy, work/play, theology and organization and academic work. I am currently working on two main projects: 1) a sociological study of the use of psychometric measures in leadership science and leadership development and 2) a philosophical introduction to the topic of leadership and organization (due 2018).
