The Workshop touches upon related rules such as the legal equality of States, due diligence, good faith and transboundary harm.
The overarching theme of the workshop is to evaluate the authority and specificity of the duty to cooperate and its related rules in light of the past twenty years of State practice.
Panels discuss general rules and processes of cooperation as well as cooperation in specific fields including global health law, the law of the sea and human rights.
