Description

Sound work created for the Sound Environment Centre's Sound Bench.

Sound contains energy that can be converted into motion if the sound bounces or passes through an object. The object can absorb some of the sound that passes and then steals some of the energy that is converted into a force that can affect its movement. Some of the sound will also be reflected by the object and this also gives rise to a force and movement.
