Description
Many companies, NGOs and governmental bodies have recently formulated ethical principles as a way to govern development and applications of artificial intelligence (AI). This includes the EU, particularly indicated by the Ethics Guidelines for Trustworthy AI published by the High-Level Expert Group on AI in april 2019. This presentation offers (a) findings from a recent paper on the overall topic of ethics guidelines as a tool for AI governance, and (b) a recent anthology on how 9 different member states' strategies relate to the EU-level notions of human-centric and trustworthy AI.Period | 2020 Dec 1 |
