What exactly is artificial intelligence? AI is commonly described as “the ability of a machine to display human-like traits, such as reasoning, learning, planning and creativity”. With help from AI, technical systems can register their surroundings and process the captured information, and in this way solve various challenges. AI is a central part of digitization in today’s society, and can be used in many research areas and industries. For example, it is possible to study the behavior of robots based on cognitive or behavioral science, or study AI from a legal or humanistic perspective. The choices are endless!
On November 10, the AI Lund network at Lund University invites you to a Degree Project Fair where you will have the chance to meet companies and organisations that offer degree projects within AI. Writing your thesis in collaboration with a company or organisation contributes to valuable experiences, contacts and references for your future career.
