Blog posts centered around scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images of edible fungi, in particular Rhizopus Oligosporus (known as tempeh) and Aspergillus Oryzae (known as koji). The SEM images where taken using equipment supplied by Lund Nano Lab and NanoLund. This activity contributes towards the outreach activities by NanoLund, as it popularizes the imaging possibilities offered by an SEM, and thereby contributes to spread knowledge about nanoscience to the public.
