Description
This seminar explores ways of reimagining environmental care work within organisations. Addressing existing challenges in care work, such as increasing stress and burnout among social justice advocates and employees driven by the meaningfulness of their tasks, the aim is to explore the transformative potential of relational approaches to caring for eco-conscious organizations. Attention will be paid not only to what organisations claim to care about, but also to how such ethical stances shape the wider organizational milieu, often contributing to a deficit of organisational care.Period | 2024 Apr 29 |
