Description

Member of Expert Working Group on Teaching-Research Nexus. The working group solicited a literature review report on the relationship of teaching and research in English and Welsh universities as well as a collection of 10 international universities. I have advised the working group with regard to Early Career Academics and the impact of Higher Education Policy on professional development. The working group has contributed to the analysis of the report and will publish its findings to inform UK Government Higher Education Policy on the relationship between teaching and research, with reference to Research Excellence Framework and the developing Teaching Excellence Framework in the United Kingdom.
