Future of work – challenges and opportunities for AI

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has captured the attention of the world. Investors, entrepreneurs, managers, and the public are being confronted with stories between two extremes. One that portrays AI as the “objective” and efficient decision maker that will solve our problems. Another, portraying a future in which AI will make working humans obsolete! Rather than believing in stories, it’s better to prepare for a future in which humans will use AI, and not the other way around. Therefore, we need to revaluate the relevant skills to develop, manage, and collaborate with AI.
