- Assistant the Design Expert to review the predesigned and detailed design of subsidiary biogas plants, focus on reviewing if the design meets the monitoring requirements, and provide the support on the biogas laboratory, provide advice and recommendations - Assistant the construction and safety expert to onsite supervise the construction, focus on the installation of the monitoring equipment, provide advice and recommendations - As the main expert, provide the technical support to the provincial monitoring center and the monitoring of each subsidiary biogas plant, provide technical consulting for the biogas laboratory - As the main expert to compile the Biogas Plant Operation and Management Guideline, and provide contribution to the Design Standard Manual for the Super-Large Scale Biogas Plant and the Effluent Fertilizer Production and Utilization Guideline
