Who, if anyone, owns the data? What is data protection? What is personal data? What are the major legal obligations regarding data?Do patients have rights regarding their data? Is it enough to follow the law? What type of ethical and social aspects should be taken into consideration?
This section will provide a basic introduction to legal issues and broader ethical and social discussions regarding AI and data.
