More and more companies are launching themselves as sustainable or with circular business models. How does this work? Is it ”only” a trend or something that is here to stay? What do today's and tomorrow's consumers expect and demand in terms of circularity? How and why do we identify with what we consume?
On 5 May, Louise Larsson moderated a conversation between Carys Egan-Wyer, the consumer expert who stopped shopping, and Therese Gerdman, Marketing & Communication manager at Inter IKEA. They talked about what exactly a circular economy is and how it differs from a circular business model as well as discussing how brave companies need to be if they are to succeed in making their production more sustainable and circular.
