This conference brought together legal researchers interested in issues concerning law and medicine from the Nordic countries. In my presentation - 'New standards, different outcomes? Revisiting Winterwerp and Herczegfalvy from the perspective of non-discrimination' - I explored the implications of CRPD’s ‘new’ vision for mental health law by revisiting two landmark cases from the European Court of Human Rights
