During the Nordic-German IP Network meeting in Copenhagen, I had the opportunity to present and discuss my PhD project exploring the balancing of trade mark law and freedom of expression in the EU and the Nordic countries.

The Nordic-German IP Network Meeting is a forum where junior and senior researchers working in the field of intellectual property discuss their research. The meeting takes place every year in one of the Nordic countries or in Bavaria, and in 2024 the meeting was held at the University of Copenhagen. The meeting consists of presentations, comments and discussions of projects by PhD students from Nordic and German universities in front of an audience of PhD students and selected professors.
