OASIS is a journal published every six months by the Universidad Externado de Colombia. The journal was first published in 1996 and aims at promoting academic research in the following areas: global agenda and international affairs, peace and conflict prevention, sustainable development and a particular coverage of the development progress of Africa, Asia, Latin America and parts of Europe.
