Participant - Tourism and digitalisation project at Aalborg University

Description

The project being led by Professor Dianne Dredge for the European Commission- Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) under the context of "Very Low Value procedure GRO-SME-17-C-091-A". The project’s aim is to analyze the opportunities and challenges that European SMEs are facing when it comes to digitalisation. My contribution was to take part in an interview with Elena Silvia Popescu (a researcher in the project) about digitalisation and tourism, providing insights relating to the SMEs within whom I work in Sweden, and more widely from my experiences with small businesses and digitalisation trends in tourism.
