Description
The primary objective of this research stay was to collect data and information on Chile's constitutional process, particularly focusing on the legal discourse surrounding the transformative changes of the New Latin American Constitutionalism. Specifically, the study concentrated on the concepts of a plurinational state and the rights of nature as proposed in the 2022 constitution project. Additionally, it aimed to explore the reasons behind the non-approval of this constitution project in 2022.
