Interview about my research on SällBo, a new form of collective house in Helsingborg. In this house, elderly (+70 years), young Swedes and refugees (18-25 years) live in individual 2 room apartments and share around 500 m2 of common spaces in a 3 storey building. Residents are required to spend 2 hours a week with their neighbours and to participate in a house meeting every month. Decisions are made by direct democracy. There are in total 51 apartments, decision on any issue is made if 26 residents vote in favour.
