Tre nya doktorsavhandlingar om upphovsrätt

During the fall of 2021 three Theses in Copyright were defended at three different Law Faculties, in Sweden. In this seminar, these three new Doctors in Law will present their respective Theses.


- Kacper Szkalej: Copyright in the Age of Access to Legal Digital Content: A study of EU copyright law in the context of consumptive use of protected content. Juridiska fakulteten i Uppsala. Disputationsdatum 29 september.
- Aurelija Lukoševičienė: Authors and Creative Users: Addressing the Conceptual Challenges of Digital Creativity to EU Copyright Law from the Perspective of the Author. Juridiska fakulteten vid Lunds universitet. Disputationsdatum 1 oktober.
- Branka Marušić: The Autonomous Legal Concept of Communication to the Public in the European Union. Juridiska fakulteten vid Stockholms universitet. Disputationsdatum 29 oktober.
