Description

Seminar with José Rodriguez and Mieke Renders from Trans Europe Halles (TEH). A network of cultural centres initiated by citizens and artists, TEH has been engaged in re-purposing Europe’s industrial buildings for arts, culture and activism since 1983.

This seminar offered an opportunity to learn more about, and critically discuss, the organisation's efforts to connect, support and promote non-governmental cultural centres in Europe.
