Seminar about an ongoing research project focused on public art and promotion of the city.

The project questions how art, both more traditional art and street art, is used to create an identity for cities/municipalities, and how art can be used in connection with for example place branding.

The project also connects to questions regarding safety, citizen engagement, creative environments (e.g. makerspaces and maker-hubs) and co-creation.
