Description
The high pressure fluid facility contains instruments for studying physicochemical properties of supercritical and subcritical fluids, mainly carbon dioxide, water, ethanol, and other “green solvents” pressurized up to 100 MPa. Three labs are equipped with systems for phase equilibria studies, solubility measurements, solvent characterisation, extraction, chromatography, particle formation and fractionation.
