    Description

Huminfra is a Swedish national infrastructure for research in the Humanities. Huminfra is coordinated by Lund University Humanities Lab, and comprises 12 universities and organisations across the country with expertise in e-scientific/digital materials, research tools and experimental methods for the Humanities. Huminfra provides researchers and other users with a single entry point for finding existing Swedish resources, training opportunities and potential collaborators.

The web-based information platform huminfra.se compiles and links to Swedish digital/e-scientific data sets, tools, expertise and educational opportunities and makes these easily identifiable and accessible. This single entry to relevant resources and tools contributes to efficient use of national resources at the cutting edge. Further, Huminfra creates new national courses in e-scientific/digital methods, and hosts the Swedish national membership in the European Research Infrastructure Consortium, The Digital Research Infrastructure for the Arts and Humanities (DARIAH ERIC).
