    Description

The Clinical Memory Research platform is located at the Memory Clinic, Skane University Hospital, Malmö. It is one of the infrastructures of the strategic research areas (SRA) MultiPark at Lund University.

The Memory clinic platform facilitates research projects run by clinical researchers performing studies on dementia disorders. Qualified researchers (with experience in performing clinical studies) who are employed by Skåne University Hospital or Lund University can apply to get access to the platform to perform clinical research studies on dementias disorders.
The platform consists of research staff. The costs for salaries of research staff for non-commercial studies must be covered by the applicant to 50-80%, i.e., depending on the number of ongoing studies. Further, there will be additional costs for materials, imaging etc.
All regulatory approvals must be in place before applying (e.g., approvals from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority, Swedish Medical Products Agency, KBV, Swedish Biobank etc.).
All data is and should be collected and stored according to the GDPR and Swedish legislation and the rules of Region Skåne.
The Clinical Memory Research platform is financially supported by Region Skåne, MultiPark at Lund University and external grants.
