Infrastructure Details
Description
The Zeiss 710 confocal laser scanning microscopes scan samples sequentially point by point. The microscope combines high-resolution optical imaging with depth selectivity which allows us to do optical sectioning.
The inverted microscope is equipped with motorized stage, heated incubator, controller regulating O2, CO2 and humidity. This allow longitudinal imaging studies to be under control environments.
Available laser lines: 405, 458, 488, 514, 561, 633 nm
Available objectives: 10x air 20x air, 40x air, 40x oil, 63x oil
