Description
The Department of Health Sciences is one of six departments at the Faculty of Medicine, Lund University. We conduct research within the field of health sciences. Health promotion and prevention efforts, Treatment measures, Health and social care and Rehabilitation are key research areas. We work in close collaboration with health care and municipalities to translate research results into practical activities. The department is located in both Lund and Malmö and are closely linked to health care nationally and internationally, primary care and municipal activities. We conduct postgraduate education and our teachers are involved in the education of care and rehabilitation staff at undergraduate and advanced level.
