Research

The research at the Department of Service Studies is based on current problems in society focusing on the service sector. It interrogates, questions, contributes with new perspectives, and shows sustainable ways forward for the service society. The department’s lecturers, professors and doctoral students contribute with their research expertise from more than ten disciplines. Our research is conducted in close collaboration with organisations, industry and decision makers.
