Description

This office works to ensure that all managers at Lund University have the best conditions to assume their managerial responsibility. Our areas include the work environment, labour law and agreements, salary-setting, organisational development, recruitment and preventive work against discrimination. The office ensures that Lund University has sustainable structures for employer issues, provides training and guidance, as well as plans and implements initiatives in managerial and leadership development, collegiality and career development.
