Facilities Coordination

Facilities Coordination is responsible for the University’s rental agreements and manages rents, floorplans and the charging of rent. Furthermore, the division acts as support and contact point for building managers, among others, in property-related matters. This entails that the division manages facility adaptations and minor renovations. The division also coordinates LU’s joint signage and LU’s cafés and restaurants. Facilities Coordination is responsible for the University’s shared lecture halls and exam facilities, including scheduling.
