Description

This office works to provide internal process support for professional development, consultation and method support for internal training courses. One of the office’s tasks is also to administer and pursue change management of the University’s joint system support within the field of HR, and to follow up internal and external service providers in the field. Lund University has embarked on a digitisation journey and the office will be part of the continued work on this from an HR perspective. Furthermore, the office is responsible for the University's review of benefits such as reimbursement for health promotion activities, medication and doctor’s appointments.
