Description

LAMiNATE (Language Acquisition, Multilingualism, and Teaching) is a cross-disciplinary and interdepartmental research platform that brings together researchers at Lund University working on all areas of (multimodal) language acquisition, multilingualism, and language teaching/assessment. LAMiNATE aims to strengthen, facilitate, and initiate collaborations; to develop new innovative research strands; and to create a basis for engagement with policy makers and practitioners.

LAMiNATE researchers initiate and conduct research in the following areas: (Multimodal) Language acquisition and language processing–first, second and multilingual, Developmental language disorders, Language learning, educational linguistics and language teaching, testing and assessment, The neurocognition of language acquisition
