Description

MultiPark (Multidisciplinary research focused on Parkinson´s disease) is a translational programme that ranges from experimental pre-clinical research to studies on the life situation of patients with neurodegenerative disorders. Our programme not only aims at improving the overall function of patients, but also their acitivity and participation. This initiative relies on solid interactions between Lund University and Skåne University Hospital with support from the University of Gothenburg.

Building on the long tradition of cutting-edge research on neurodegenerative diseases of aging at LU, our vision is to create an innovative environment for improved and novel treatments, disease modifications and eventually cures for neurodegenerative diseases, in order to improve the quality of life for people living and ageing with these disorders.
