This cross-disciplinary research group is composed of post-doctoral researchers and doctoral students engaged in the study of death, burial, taphonomy, ritual, religion and social identity. The purpose of the group is to facilitate the synergistic exchange of ideas, methods, and theoretical approaches, and to nurture the intersection of archaeology and historical osteology.
