Funded by the Swedish Society for Medical Research International Postdoctoral Grant, my project investigates the effect of amino acids on the glucagon-secreting alpha cells, using in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo techniques to decipher underlying metabolic and electrophysiological pathways. I split my work between the University of Copenhagen and Lund University.
