My doctoral thesis examines international corporate criminal responsibility. In particular, I investigate how international corporate criminal responsibility partakes in the reproduction of the corporate form and the corporate modus operandi by naturalising the corporate form and by normalising ubiquitos, systemic harm. I show how the narrow focus of international corporate criminal responsibility on 'complicity in atrocity' operates ideologically, enabling such naturalisation and normalisation.
