Norrman's research has e.g. dealt with Supply chain risk management, Incentive alignment, Performance based contracts, and the Interface between legal and logistics. Newly started projects focus on a) Measurement of Change management, b) Omnichannel distribution, especially warehousing, c) Short Food supply chains, focusing on how small producers/farmers effectively could reach consumers without major retailers in between. Norrman has got multiple Emerald Highly Commended Awards, both as author and reviewer.
