Personal profile

Research

My research interests are Personal Privacy and the Workplace, drug testing and rehabilitation, self-employment, crowdworkers in GIG economy.

I research about crowdworkers in the GIG economy. I also research how the social parties are handling the new situation when working conditions and salary are decided outside the traditional collective bargaining within the new digitalised economy.

I have accomplished a project about rehabilitation and employment protection. I also analyse the new regulation of sickness benefits. The project was financed by the National Social Insurance Agency. Another project in connection with this project was about rehabilitation and Personal Privacy. This project was financed by IFAU.

Some years ago I was involved in a project together with researcher from Karolinska Institutet and evaluated a drug testing program run by the Swedish Armed Forces. This project was connected with my thesis for doctorate grade; Personal Privacy in Workplace. My doctoral project was financed by HSFR.
