Christine Blomquist

My research interest is within the field of organization, leadership, management and strategy. After doing research on organizational change in large, complex organisations, I've now turned to study my own organisational field. Mainly, I'm interested in academic leadership, in a broad sense, and especially how to lead and organize for excellent research. Also, the questions around management teams within academia, and how such teams and groups organize themselves, are of interest to me.
