Research

I'm a medical doctor with extensive experience in research and clinical management of HIV in Ethiopia. My earlier studies were on improving care of adults living with HIV. Since 2013, I have worked with Lund university, focusing my studies on addressing challenges of chronic HIV infection among children and adolescents. Under the e-ChildHealth project, I lead the adolescent HIV research component.

My research outputs include over 80 peer reviewed journal publications.
