Research

Contemporary research interests are Climate, Economy and Democracy. Drawing on Hannah Arendt, a recent book that argues against a view where citizens are reduced to consumers. Other research interests are body and spirituality, global politics, Human rights, and Religion, Culture and Society. I have recently been involved in research in South Africa on health, gender and religion. I am currently collaborating with scholars in the Nordic region on a research project on Scandinavian Creation Theology. I have also been part of initiating networks among Lutheran women globally, "Writing back".
