Research

I´m a MD PhD and resident physician in emergency medicine. My research area is Resource management in the emergency department by using artificial intelligence, AI". In an ongoing research project, I explore how to design an AI based tool which could support the clinician in the diagnosis process of adult patients who seek emergency department care because of breathing difficulties. My PhD project is part of the research collaboration Artificially Intelligent Use of Registers, AIR Lund, an interdisciplinary research program that studies how AI methods can increase quality and efficiency of health care, while addressing well-founded ethical and legal concerns. As a clinical physician, I work in the emergency department at Halland Hospital Varberg.
